Why guests do this in China
- Compressed without being shallow. Prioritised scheduling and pre-booked slots mean the same modules that take several days elsewhere fit into one working day.
- You leave with the report. Most laboratories and imaging are reported the same day, so the walk-through happens before your flight home, not by email weeks later.
- A coordinator, not a queue. Someone is with you from arrival to report handover, managing the sequence so no slot is wasted.
How it works, day by day
- 07:30 — Arrival, registration and fasting bloodwork.
- 09:00 — Ultrasound, ECG and echocardiography in the fast-lane imaging suite.
- 10:30 — Low-dose chest CT, then a light breakfast.
- 11:30 — Cardiology and internal medicine consultations.
- 14:00–16:00 — Report compiled, physician walk-through, written English summary handed over.
Pricing & what your quote covers
Quote on request
Pricing on request — you receive a written, itemised quote within 24 hours of your enquiry, before you commit to anything.
Every quote is itemised, and covers:
- Hospital and physician fees for every module listed on this page
- English-language written report with physician commentary
- Interpreter accompaniment throughout the screening days
- Airport pick-up and transfer to and from the hospital
- Hotel shortlist and booking assistance at negotiated rates
- A physician walk-through of your report before you fly home
No deposit is required to receive a quote. If you decide not to travel, nothing is owed. A quote is not a medical opinion and does not commit either side until you confirm in writing.
Optional add-ons
- Sedated gastroscopy and colonoscopy (requires an additional half-day)
- Coronary CT angiography
- Whole-body PET-CT
- Brain MRI with MRA
- Overnight polysomnography
Add-ons are priced separately in the same written quote. We will tell you if a module is not worth doing in your case.
Frequently asked questions
What does a checkup in China cost?
We quote on request. Chinese hospitals set self-pay rates individually depending on the modules selected and the hospital tier, so a published figure would be misleading for most guests. Send us the package you are interested in and we return a written, itemised quote within 24 hours — hospital fees, English report, interpreter and transfers all listed separately, before you book anything.
Can a one-day package really be comprehensive?
It covers the modules that matter most for a working-age adult — cardiac, metabolic, chest imaging and laboratory. What it cannot compress is sedated endoscopy or PET-CT, which need their own slots.
Can my spouse or colleague be screened at the same time?
Yes. Parallel scheduling is common, and a second coordinator is assigned when two guests run at once.
What if something serious shows up during the day?
The physician escalates immediately rather than waiting for the report cycle: same-day specialist review, and if needed an inpatient pathway discussed with you before anything is booked.
